February 2, 2024: Faulkton, SD 57438 The James Valley Christian Vikings basketball team (Huron, SD), was nudged 56-51 in Friday's non-league battle with the host Faulkton Trojans (Faulkton, SD)
The Trojans now sport a 12-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Potter County co-op [Gettysburg/Hoven] for a B Region 6 battle on Thursday, February 8. Faulkton will battle a Battlers team coming off a 54-43 league win over Sully Buttes (Onida, SD). The Battlers record now stands at 9-5.
The Vikings (6-8) will now prepare for their battle against Estelline/Hendricks (Estelline, SD). The come into the non-league battle with a 10-4 record. In their last battle, Estelline/Hendricks edged Colman-Egan (Colman, SD), 77-61, in a non-league battle.
