The Weed Cougars routed the host Trinity Wolves basketball team by a final score of 83-44 in Friday's league game.

In their next game, the Cougars face the Etna Lions (Etna, CA) in a Shasta Cascade game, on Tuesday, February 6. Weed will attempt to move on its 18-5 season record. The Lions enter the game with a 7-16 record after their 47-46 league loss to Modoc (Alturas, CA).
