February 3, 2024: Lincoln, NE 68510 Fans at Saturday's league challenge between the Papillion-LaVista South Titans (Papillion, NE) and the host Lincoln East Spartans (Lincoln, NE), saw Papillion-LaVista South's basketball squad hold off Lincoln East by a tally of 60-57.
With the victory, Papillion-LaVista South improves its record to 11-6 on the campaign. The Titans host Burke (Omaha, NE) to play the Bulldogs in a A District TBD challenge on Tuesday, February 6. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 5-13. Burke lost 65-42 in their recent league challenge against Lincoln North Star (Lincoln, NE)
Next up, the Spartans play the Lincoln North Star Navigators (Lincoln, NE) in a A District TBD challenge, on Tuesday, February 6. Lincoln East will attempt to improve on its 8-9 season record. The Navigators come into the challenge with a 9-7 record after their 65-42 league win over Burke (Omaha, NE).
