Rhode Island High School Basketball - Lincoln crushes St. Raphael Academy
February 3, 2024: Lincoln, RI 02865 Lincoln Lions (Lincoln, RI) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting St. Raphael Academy Saints (Pawtucket, RI), 82-37 in a league bout.
With the win, Lincoln upgrades its record to 17-0 on the season. The Lions travel to South Kingstown (Wakefield, RI) to play the Rebels in a Division 2 bout on Monday, February 5. The Rebels go into the bout with a record of 12-5. South Kingstown won 81-57 in their recent league bout against Toll Gate (Warwick, RI)
Next up, the Saints play the Chariho Chargers (Wood River Junction, RI) in a Division 2 bout, on Monday, February 5. St. Raphael Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 15-3 season record. The Chargers go into the bout with a 4-12 record after their 82-61 league loss to Lincoln (Lincoln, RI).
