December 12, 2023: Providence, RI 02908 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Lincoln Lions (Lincoln, RI) and the host Times Squared Academy Eagles (Providence, RI), saw Lincoln's basketball squad wallop Times Squared Academy by a tally of 89-36.
With the victory, Lincoln improves its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Tiverton (Tiverton, RI) to confront the Tigers in a non-league challenge on Monday, December 18. The Tigers come into the challenge with a record of 1-2. Tiverton lost 45-39 in their recent non-league challenge against Toll Gate (Warwick, RI)
Next up, the Eagles confront the St. Raphael Academy Saints (Pawtucket, RI) in a Division 2 challenge, on Thursday, December 14. Times Squared Academy will attempt to improve on its 1-2 season record. The Saints come into the challenge with a 2-1 record after their 61-54 league win over Shea (Pawtucket, RI).
