The Douglass Eagles basketball team scored 72 points and limited the visiting Potomac Wolverines to 66 in the Eagles league triumph on Monday.

The Eagles now have a 13-4 record. They play next when they host Chesapeake Math & IT Academy North for a Prince George's County 3A/2A/1A game on Tuesday, February 4. Douglass will confront a Tigers team coming off a 0-0 league International High School at Largo (Largo, MD). The Tigers record now stands at 9-4.

With the loss, Potomac falls to 6-9 on the campaign.
