Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Penns Valley Area holds off Central

February 3, 2025: Spring Mills, PA 16875

The Penns Valley Area Rams basketball team scored 56 points and limited the visiting Central Dragons to 50 in the Rams league triumph on Monday.

The Rams now possess a 12-7 record. They play next when they travel to Juniata for a non-league game on Tuesday, February 4. Penns Valley Area will confront a Indians team coming off a 48-29 league win over Millersburg (Millersburg, PA). The Indians record now stands at 14-5.

With the loss, Central falls to 2-16 on the campaign. The Dragons host Bishop McCort (Johnstown, PA) to confront the Crushers in a Laurel Highlands game on Tuesday, February 4. The Crushers go into the game with a record of 15-3. Bishop McCort won 59-44 in their recent league game against Greater Johnstown (Johnstown, PA)
