New York High School Basketball - Westhill overwhelms Cazenovia
February 4, 2023: Cazenovia, NY 13035 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Westhill Warriors (Syracuse, NY) and the host Cazenovia Lakers (Cazenovia, NY), saw Westhill's basketball squad wallop Cazenovia by a count of 88-42.
With the victory, Westhill upgrades its record to 14-3 on the campaign. The Warriors host Skaneateles (Skaneateles, NY) to play the Lakers in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, February 7. The Lakers come into the challenge with a record of 9-7. Skaneateles lost 90-69 in their recent league challenge against Chittenango (Chittenango, NY)
Next up, the Lakers play the Marcellus Mustangs (Marcellus, NY) in a Section 3 Onondaga - Liberty National challenge, on Tuesday, February 7. Cazenovia will attempt to upgrade on its 8-8 season record. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a 12-4 record after their 92-54 league win over Phoenix (Phoenix, NY).
