Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the NC GBB Academy National Eagles (Durham, NC) and the host Minnesota Prep Academy Diplomat Lions (Brooklyn Park, MN), saw NC GBB Academy National's basketball squad hold off Minnesota Prep Academy by a count of 72-70.

With the victory, NC GBB Academy National upgrades its record to 21-4 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Huntington Prep (Huntington, WV) to play the Irish in a non-league challenge on Sunday, February 5. The Irish come into the challenge with a record of 13-10.
