Maine High School Basketball - Mount Abram crushes Valley
February 4, 2023: Strong, ME 04983 Mount Abram Roadrunners (Strong, ME) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Valley Cavaliers (Bingham, ME), 87-28 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Mount Abram upgrades its record to 12-3 on the campaign. The Roadrunners host Spruce Mountain (Jay, ME) to play the Phoenix in a non-league bout on Monday, February 6. The Phoenix come into the bout with a record of 11-4.
Next up, the Cavaliers play the Carrabec Cobras (North Anson, ME) in a non-league bout, on Monday, February 6. Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 10-6 season record. The Cobras come into the bout with a 12-9 record after their 48-36 non-league win over Mountain Valley (Rumford, ME).
