Higley Knights (Gilbert, AZ) supporters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the visiting Desert Ridge Jaguars (Mesa, AZ), 74-64 in a league match.

With the victory, Higley advances its record to 17-4 on the year. The Knights travel to Campo Verde (Gilbert, AZ) to face the Coyotes in a non-league match on Wednesday, February 5. The Coyotes enter the match with a record of 12-9. Campo Verde lost 76-63 in their recent league match against Mountain Pointe (Phoenix, AZ)

The Jaguars now own a 7-13 record. They put it on the line next when they host Williams Field for a 6A Fiesta match on Friday, February 7. Desert Ridge will face a Black Hawks squad coming off a 87-65 league win over Gilbert (Gilbert, AZ). The Black Hawks record now stands at 13-8.
