The Hodgeman County Longhorns nipped the visiting Meade Buffaloes basketball squad by a final score of 60-54 in Tuesday's league outing.

Next, the Longhorns face the Bucklin Red Aces (Bucklin, KS) in a Southern Plains-Iroquois outing, on Friday, February 7. Hodgeman County will attempt to upgrade on its 12-4 season record. The Red Aces enter the outing with a 5-9 record after their 54-33 league win over Pawnee Heights (Rozel, KS).
