Minnesota High School Basketball - West Central Area succumbs to Morris Area/Chokio-Alberta

In Tuesday's league test, the Morris Area/Chokio-Alberta Tigers (Morris, MN) basketball squad defeated the visiting West Central Area Knights (Barrett, MN), by a score of 77-59.

Next, the Tigers clash with the Minnewaska Area Lakers (Glenwood, MN) in a AA Section 3 test, on Friday, February 7. Morris Area/Chokio-Alberta will attempt to improve on its 13-6 season record. The Lakers come into the test with a 10-9 record after their 70-61 non-league win over Melrose (Melrose, MN).

The Knights (11-8) will now prepare for their test against Park Christian (Moorhead, MN). The Falcons come into the non-league test with a 16-3 record. In their last test, Park Christian overcame Mahnomen/Waubun (Mahnomen, MN), 74-53, in a non-league test.
