In Tuesday's league contest, the visiting North Surry Greyhounds basketball team scored a big 87-47 triumph over the West Wilkes Blackhawks.

The Greyhounds (17-4) will now prepare for their contest against Mount Airy (Mount Airy, NC). The Granite Bears go into the non-league contest with a 9-10 record. In their last contest, Mount Airy smashed North Stokes (Danbury, NC), 70-62, in a league contest.
