The North Surry Greyhounds basketball team scored 55 points and limited the visiting North Wilkes Vikings to 33 in the Greyhounds league triumph on Tuesday.

The Greyhounds now possess a 12-4 record. They play next when they travel to Wilkes Central for a 2A Foothills game on Friday, January 24. North Surry will play a Eagles team coming off a 76-40 league win over Forbush (East Bend, NC). The Eagles record now stands at 9-8.

With the loss, North Wilkes falls to 7-8 on the campaign. The Vikings travel to East Surry (Pilot Mountain, NC) to play the Cardinals in a 2A Foothills game on Friday, January 24.
