Utah High School Basketball - Riverton holds off Copper Hills

February 4, 2025: Riverton, UT 84065

The Riverton Silverwolves basketball team scored 43 points and limited the visiting Copper Hills Grizzlies to 42 in the Silverwolves league triumph on Tuesday.

The Silverwolves now possess a 12-7 record. They play next when they travel to Mountain Ridge for a 6A Region 2 game on Thursday, February 6. Riverton will confront a Sentinels team coming off a 60-59 league win over Corner Canyon (Draper, UT). The Sentinels record now stands at 13-7.

With the loss, Copper Hills falls to 15-5 on the campaign. The Grizzlies travel to Bingham (South Jordan, UT) to confront the Miners in a 6A Region 2 game on Thursday, February 6. The Miners go into the game with a record of 15-5. Bingham won 53-28 in their recent league game against Herriman (West Herriman, UT)
