The Marvin Ridge Mavericks basketball team scored 56 points and limited the host Cox Mill Chargers to 36 in the Mavericks non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Mavericks now possess a 17-5 record. They play next when they host Cuthbertson for a 4A Southern Carolina game on Wednesday, February 12.

With the loss, Cox Mill falls to 9-12 on the campaign. The Chargers travel to Lake Norman (Mooresville, NC) to confront the Wildcats in a 4A Greater Metro game on Friday, February 7.
