February 4, 2025: Kimball, SD 57355 Kimball/White Lake Wildkats (Kimball, SD) boosters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the visiting Wolsey-Wessington Warbirds (Wolsey, SD), 44-36 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Kimball/White Lake upgrades its record to 6-10 on the year. The Wildkats host Ethan (Ethan, SD) to face the Rustlers in a non-league match on Friday, February 7. The Rustlers enter the match with a record of 13-4. Ethan lost 45-28 in their recent league match against Sanborn Central/Woonsocket (Forestburg, SD)
The Warbirds now sport a 7-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sanborn Central/Woonsocket for a non-league match on Saturday, February 8. Wolsey-Wessington will face a Rebels squad coming off a 49-47 non-league loss to Parkston (Parkston, SD). The Rebels record now stands at 12-4.
