The Legacy Lightning bounced the host Niwot Cougars basketball squad by a final score of 53-15 in Tuesday's league outing.

Next, the Lightning clash with the Monarch Coyotes (Louisville, CO) in a 6A/5A/4A Granite Peaks outing, on Friday, February 7. Legacy will attempt to upgrade on its 11-7 season record. The Coyotes enter the outing with a 10-7 record after their 57-46 league win over Longmont (Longmont, CO).

The Cougars (9-10) will now prepare for their outing against Silver Creek (Longmont, CO). The Raptors enter the 6A/5A/4A Granite Peaks outing with a 3-13 record. In their last outing, Silver Creek was overwhelmed by Broomfield (Broomfield, CO), 86-43, in a league outing.
