The Riverton Silverwolves basketball team (Riverton, UT), was nudged 42-40 in Tuesday's league battle with the host American Fork Cavemen (American Fork, UT)

The Cavemen now sport a 13-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lone Peak for a 5A Region 4 battle on Thursday, February 7. American Fork will battle a Knights team coming off a 64-36 league win over Pleasant Grove (Pleasant Grove, UT). The Knights record now stands at 19-1.

The Silverwolves (9-10) will now prepare for their battle against Bingham (South Jordan, UT). The Miners come into the 5A Region 4 battle with a 13-7 record. In their last battle, Bingham edged Lehi (Lehi, UT), 74-64, in a league battle.
