Connecticut High School Basketball - Brookfield holds off Immaculate
February 5, 2024: Brookfield, CT 06804 Fans at Monday's league challenge between the Brookfield Bobcats (Brookfield, CT) and the visiting Immaculate Mustangs (Danbury, CT), saw Brookfield's basketball squad hold off Immaculate by a tally of 69-64.
With the victory, Brookfield improves its record to 11-6 on the campaign. The Bobcats travel to Pomperaug (Southbury, CT) to confront the Panthers in a Southwest challenge on Thursday, February 8. The Panthers come into the challenge with a record of 8-7. Pomperaug lost 65-37 in their recent league challenge against Kolbe-Cathedral (Bridgeport, CT)
Next up, the Mustangs confront the Bethel Wildcats (Bethel, CT) in a Southwest challenge, on Thursday, February 8. Immaculate will attempt to improve on its 7-9 season record. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a 4-12 record after their 71-28 league loss to Weston (Weston, CT).
