February 5, 2024: Prescott, WI 54021 Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the Prescott Cardinals (Prescott, WI) and the visiting Cameron Comets (Cameron, WI), saw Prescott's basketball squad wallop Cameron by a tally of 75-45.
With the victory, Prescott improves its record to 15-5 on the campaign. The Cardinals travel to Baldwin-Woodville (Baldwin, WI) to confront the Blackhawks in a Middle Border challenge on Thursday, February 8. The Blackhawks come into the challenge with a record of 8-12. Baldwin-Woodville lost 63-49 in their recent non-league challenge against New Richmond (New Richmond, WI)
Next up, the Comets confront the Ladysmith Lumberjacks (Ladysmith, WI) in a Heart O'North challenge, on Thursday, February 8. Cameron will attempt to improve on its 17-2 season record. The Lumberjacks come into the challenge with a 15-4 record after their 67-49 league win over Barron (Barron, WI).
