The Farmville Central Jaguars basketball team scored 73 points and limited the visiting SouthWest Edgecombe Cougars to 34 in the Jaguars league triumph on Wednesday.

The Jaguars now have a 18-4 record. They play next when they host Greene Central for a 2A Eastern Plains game on Tuesday, February 11. Farmville Central will confront a Rams team coming off a 60-52 league loss to West Craven (Vanceboro, NC). The Rams record now stands at 9-10.
