February 6, 2024: South Yarmouth, MA 02664 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Barnstable Red Hawks (Hyannis, MA) and the host Dennis-Yarmouth Regional Dolphins (South Yarmouth, MA), saw Barnstable's basketball squad wallop Dennis-Yarmouth Regional by a tally of 68-44.
With the victory, Barnstable improves its record to 11-4 on the campaign. The Red Hawks host Falmouth (Falmouth, MA) to play the Clippers in a Cape & Islands - Atlantic challenge on Friday, February 9. The Clippers come into the challenge with a record of 4-8.
Next up, the Dolphins play the Burke Bulldogs (Dorchester, MA) in a non-league challenge, on Sunday, February 11. Dennis-Yarmouth Regional will attempt to improve on its 7-9 season record. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a 12-3 record after their 68-65 non-league win over Charlestown (Charlestown, MA).
