February 6, 2024: Hull, IA 51239 The Boyden-Hull Comets (Hull, IA) basketball nipped the visiting Sioux Center Warriors (Sioux Center, IA), 58-56 in Tuesday's league test.
The Comets (8-10) will now prepare for their test against Sheldon (Sheldon, IA). The Orabs go into the Siouxland test with a 3-18 record. In their last test, Sheldon got by Okoboji (Milford, IA), 50-45, in a league test.
The Warriors now own a 10-9 record. They play next when they host Unity Christian for a Siouxland test on Thursday, February 8. Sioux Center will encounter a Knights squad coming off a 77-51 league win over Central Lyon (Rock Rapids, IA). The Knights record now stands at 16-4.
