Massachusetts High School Basketball - Haverhill holds off Dracut
February 6, 2024: Haverhill, MA 01832 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Haverhill Hillies (Haverhill, MA) and the visiting Dracut Middies (Dracut, MA), saw Haverhill's basketball squad hold off Dracut by a tally of 69-62.
With the victory, Haverhill improves its record to 6-10 on the campaign. The Hillies host Methuen (Methuen, MA) to confront the Rangers in a Merrimack Valley - Small challenge on Tuesday, February 13. The Rangers come into the challenge with a record of 8-8. Methuen lost 54-41 in their recent non-league challenge against Xaverian Brothers (Westwood, MA)
Next up, the Middies confront the Hudson Hawks (Hudson, MA) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, February 7. Dracut will attempt to improve on its 6-9 season record. The Hawks come into the challenge with a 8-7 record after their 58-39 non-league loss to Clinton (Clinton, MA).
