Massachusetts High School Basketball - Dracut fells Lawrence
February 2, 2024: Dracut, MA 01826 Dracut Middies (Dracut, MA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Lawrence Lancers (Lawrence, MA), 64-48 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Dracut upgrades its record to 6-8 on the season. The Middies travel to Haverhill (Haverhill, MA) to play the Hillies in a Merrimack Valley - Small bout on Tuesday, February 6. The Hillies go into the bout with a record of 5-10. Haverhill lost 57-53 in their recent non-league bout against North Andover (North Andover, MA)
Next up, the Lancers play the Tewksbury Memorial Redmen (Tewksbury, MA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, February 6. Lawrence will attempt to upgrade on its 11-6 season record. The Redmen go into the bout with a 6-8 record after their 64-46 league loss to Methuen (Methuen, MA).
