The Salesianum Sallies basketball team scored 68 points and held the visiting Howard Wildcats to 53 in the Sallies non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Sallies now sport a 9-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to St. Mark's for a Freelance contest on Thursday, February 8. Salesianum will battle a Spartans team coming off a 59-34 non-league win over Brandywine (Wilmington, DE). The Spartans record now stands at 15-2.

The Wildcats (9-5) will now prepare for their contest against McKean (Wilmington, DE). The Highlanders enter the Blue Hen Flight - B contest with a 14-3 record. In their last contest, McKean was defeated by Dickinson (Wilmington, DE), 58-50, in a league contest.
