February 6, 2024: Edina, MO 63537 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Scotland County Tigers (Memphis, MO) and the host Knox County Eagles (Edina, MO), saw Scotland County's basketball squad overcome Knox County by a tally of 61-51.
With the victory, Scotland County improves its record to 9-9 on the campaign. The Tigers host Westran (Huntsville, MO) to play the Hornets in a Lewis & Clark challenge on Wednesday, February 7. The Hornets come into the challenge with a record of 17-6. Westran won 51-40 in their recent league challenge against Paris (Paris, MO)
Next up, the Eagles play the Fayette Falcons (Fayette, MO) in a Lewis & Clark challenge, on Thursday, February 8. Knox County will attempt to improve on its 1-16 season record. The Falcons come into the challenge with a 2-18 record after their 90-34 league loss to Schuyler County (Lancaster, MO).
