Lincoln-Way West Warriors (New Lenox, IL) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Lincoln-Way Central Knights (New Lenox, IL), 57-53 in a league bout.

With the win, Lincoln-Way West upgrades its record to 14-13 on the season. The Warriors travel to Stagg (Palos Hills, IL) to play the Chargers in a SouthWest Suburban - Red bout on Friday, February 9. The Chargers go into the bout with a record of 17-10. Stagg won 59-44 in their recent league bout against Andrew (Tinley Park, IL)

Next up, the Knights play the Bradley-Bourbonnais Boilermakers (Bradley, IL) in a SouthWest Suburban - Red bout, on Friday, February 9.
