South Carolina High School Basketball - Mountain View Christian Academy fells Shining Light Baptist Academy
February 6, 2024: Cowpens, SC 29330 Mountain View Christian Academy Mustangs (Cowpens, SC) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Shining Light Baptist Academy Sharks (Monroe, NC), 62-49 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Mountain View Christian Academy upgrades its record to 9-11 on the season. The Mustangs host Victory Christian Academy (Gastonia, NC) to play the Patriots in a non-league bout on Thursday, February 8. The Patriots go into the bout with a record of 10-2. Victory Christian Academy won 69-40 in their recent non-league bout against Abundant Life Christian Academy (Indian Trail, NC)
Next up, the Sharks play the Abundant Life Christian Academy KNIGHTS (Indian Trail, NC) in a NCCSA A West Region 2 bout, on Thursday, February 8. Shining Light Baptist Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 3-9 season record. The KNIGHTS go into the bout with a 1-11 record after their 69-40 non-league loss to Victory Christian Academy (Gastonia, NC).
