The crowd at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Thayer Central Titans (Hebron, NE) and the host Centennial Broncos (Utica, NE), observed Thayer Central's basketball team edge Centennial by a score of 51-44.

The Titans (14-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Fillmore Central (Geneva, NE). The Panthers come into the non-league challenge with a 15-4 record. In their last challenge, Fillmore Central edged Milford (Milford, NE), 60-59, in a non-league challenge.
