South Dakota High School Basketball - Scotland/Menno holds off Platte/Geddes
February 6, 2025: Platte, SD 57369 The Scotland/Menno Trappers basketball team scored 44 points and limited the host Platte/Geddes Black Panthers to 38 in the Trappers non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Trappers now have a 4-10 record. They play next when they host Irene/Wakonda for a non-league game on Friday, February 7. Scotland/Menno will confront a Eagles team coming off a 49-35 non-league win over Howard (Howard, SD). The Eagles record now stands at 4-10.
With the loss, Platte/Geddes falls to 4-12 on the campaign. The Black panthers host Miller/Highmore/Harrold (Miller, SD) to confront the in a non-league game on Saturday, February 8. The go into the game with a record of 12-3. Miller/Highmore/Harrold won 59-38 in their recent non-league game against Winner (Winner, SD)
