With the victory, Platte/Geddes advances its record to 2-2 on the year. The Black Panthers travel to Canistota (Canistota, SD) to meet the Hawks in a non-league battle on Monday, January 6. The Hawks enter the battle with a record of 0-3.

The Gorillas now own a 0-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host North Central for a non-league battle on Saturday, December 21. Gregory will meet a Knights squad coming off a 57-31 non-league loss to Burke (Burke, SD). The Knights record now stands at 2-3.
