In Tuesday's non-league match, the visiting Cheney RVT Beavers basketball team scored a decisive 93-72 triumph over the Norwich RVT Warriors.

In their next game, the Beavers meet the East Hartford Hornets (East Hartford, CT) in a non-league match, on Wednesday, February 8. Cheney RVT will attempt to move on its 11-6 season record. The Hornets enter the match with a 4-8 record after their 82-51 non-league win over Tolland (Tolland, CT).

With the defeat, Norwich RVT moves to 5-14 on the year. The Warriors travel to Vinal RVT (Middletown, CT) to meet the Hawks in a non-league match on Friday, February 10.
