In Wednesday's league match, the visiting North Greene Spartans basketball team scored a good 56-43 triumph over the Brown County Hornets.

In their next game, the Spartans meet the West Central co-op [Winchester-Bluffs] Cougars (Winchester, IL) in a Western Illinois Valley match, on Friday, February 9.
