Michigan High School Basketball - Bridgman thwarts Watervliet
February 7, 2025: Watervliet, MI 49098 The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Bridgman Bees (Bridgman, MI) and the host Watervliet Panthers (Watervliet, MI), observed Bridgman's basketball team knock off Watervliet by a score of 55-42.
The Bees (12-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Saugatuck (Saugatuck, MI). The Trailblazers come into the non-league challenge with a 4-14 record. In their last challenge, Saugatuck was knocked off by Kellogg (Delton, MI), 54-39, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Panthers encounter the Lawton Blue Devils (Lawton, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, February 11. Watervliet will attempt to improve on its 7-11 season record. The Blue Devils come into the challenge with a 6-9 record after their 61-54 non-league loss to Bronson (Bronson, MI).
