West Virginia High School Basketball - Brooke trounced by St. Clairsville
February 7, 2025: Wellsburg, WV 26070 St. Clairsville Red Devils (St. Clairsville, OH) supporters left the game happy Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad trounce the host Brooke Bruins (Wellsburg, WV), 68-39 in a non-league test.
Next, the Red Devils encounter the Wheeling Park Patriots (Wheeling, WV) in a non-league test, on Saturday, February 8. St. Clairsville will attempt to improve on its 15-3 season record. The Patriots come into the test with a 4-9 record after their 61-41 non-league win over John Marshall (Glen Dale, WV).
The Bruins (4-12) will now prepare for their test against Harrison Central (Cadiz, OH). The Huskies come into the non-league test with a 6-14 record. In their last test, Harrison Central was routed by Indian Creek (Wintersville, OH), 42-40, in a non-league test.
