The Highlands Bluebirds (Fort Thomas, KY) basketball edged the visiting Conner Cougars (Hebron, KY), 79-74 in Friday's non-league bout.

The Bluebirds now possess a 16-7 record. They play next when they travel to Lloyd Memorial for a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 11. Highlands will play a Juggernauts team coming off a 92-61 non-league win over Woodward (Cincinnati, OH). The Juggernauts record now stands at 17-6.
