Iowa High School Basketball - Moravia thwarts B-G-M
February 7, 2025: Moravia, IA 52571 The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Moravia Mohawks (Moravia, IA) and the visiting B-G-M Bears (Brooklyn, IA), observed Moravia's basketball team knock off B-G-M by a score of 57-45.
The Mohawks (11-12) will now prepare for their challenge against Mormon Trail (Garden Grove, IA). The Saints come into the Bluegrass challenge with a 2-15 record.
In their next game, the Bears encounter the Meskwaki Settlement Warriors (Tama, IA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, February 13. B-G-M will attempt to improve on its 7-14 season record. The Warriors come into the challenge with a 6-8 record after their 53-25 league loss to Clarksville (Clarksville, IA).
