February 7, 2025: Kinsley, KS 67547 The Spearville Lancers (Spearville, KS) basketball crushed the host Kinsley Coyotes (Kinsley, KS), 58-19 in Friday's non-league bout.
The Lancers now possess a 12-5 record. They play next when they travel to Kiowa County for a Southern Plains-Iroquois bout on Saturday, February 8. Spearville will play a Mavericks team coming off a 56-40 league win over South Central (Coldwater, KS). The Mavericks record now stands at 7-8.
With the loss, Kinsley falls to 3-12 on the campaign. The Coyotes host Macksville (Macksville, KS) to play the Mustangs in a Central Prairie bout on Tuesday, February 11. The Mustangs go into the bout with a record of 7-9. Macksville won 46-41 in their recent league bout against Victoria (Victoria, KS)
