Massachusetts High School Basketball - Brockton crushes New Bedford
February 8, 2022: New Bedford, MA 02740 Brockton Boxers (Brockton, MA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host New Bedford Whalers (New Bedford, MA), 58-26 in a league bout.
With the win, Brockton upgrades its record to 7-8 on the season. The Boxers host Bridgewater-Raynham (Bridgewater, MA) to clash with the Trojans in a non-league bout on Thursday, February 10. The Trojans go into the bout with a record of 9-5. Bridgewater-Raynham won 73-58 in their recent non-league bout against Durfee (Fall River, MA)
Next up, the Whalers clash with the Durfee Hilltoppers (Fall River, MA) in a Big Three bout, on Wednesday, February 9. New Bedford will attempt to upgrade on its 2-11 season record. The Hilltoppers go into the bout with a 11-2 record after their 73-58 non-league loss to Bridgewater-Raynham (Bridgewater, MA).
