Massachusetts High School Basketball - Brockton overwhelms Durfee
February 18, 2022: Brockton, MA 02301 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Brockton Boxers (Brockton, MA) and the visiting Durfee Hilltoppers (Fall River, MA), saw Brockton's basketball squad wallop Durfee by a tally of 70-34.
With the victory, Brockton improves its record to 9-8 on the campaign. The Boxers host Hingham (Hingham, MA) to confront the Harbormen in a non-league challenge on Sunday, February 20. The Harbormen come into the challenge with a record of 12-7. Hingham lost 59-53 in their recent non-league challenge against Marshfield (Marshfield, MA)
Next up, the Hilltoppers confront the Attleboro Bombardiers (Attleboro, MA) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, February 21. Durfee will attempt to improve on its 12-5 season record. The Bombardiers come into the challenge with a 13-5 record after their 64-57 league loss to Mansfield (Mansfield, MA).
