With the victory, Eastern advances its record to 12-8 on the year. The Eagles host Belpre (Belpre, OH) to meet the Golden Eagles in a Tri-Valley II battle on Tuesday, February 11. The Golden Eagles enter the battle with a record of 8-11. Belpre lost 55-45 in their recent non-league battle against Fort Frye (Beverly, OH)
The Spartans now own a 6-14 record. They put it on the line next when they host River Valley for a Tri-Valley I battle on Tuesday, February 11. Alexander will meet a Raiders squad coming off a 92-50 league loss to Meigs (Pomeroy, OH). The Raiders record now stands at 2-19.
