The Sandy Spring Friends Wildebeests (Sandy Spring, MD) basketball were winner over the host St. Albans Bulldogs (Washington, DC), 79-61 in Saturday's non-league bout.

The Wildebeests now possess a 15-21 record. They play next when they travel to Pallotti for a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 11. Sandy Spring Friends will play a Panthers team coming off a 92-58 league loss to Loyola Blakefield (Towson, MD). The Panthers record now stands at 8-14.

With the loss, St. Albans falls to 9-13 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Bullis (Potomac, MD) to play the Bulldogs in a Interstate Athletic bout on Tuesday, February 11. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 16-7. Bullis won 58-47 in their recent league bout against St. Stephen's & St. Agnes (Alexandria, VA)
