February 9, 2023: Chester, SD 57016 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Chester Flyers (Chester, SD) and the visiting Flandreau Fliers (Flandreau, SD), saw Chester's basketball squad overcome Flandreau by a tally of 58-45.
With the victory, Chester improves its record to 7-12 on the campaign. The Flyers host Arlington (Arlington, SD) to confront the Cardinals in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, February 14. The Cardinals come into the challenge with a record of 2-16. Arlington lost 72-26 in their recent league challenge against James Valley Christian (Huron, SD)
Next up, the Fliers confront the Clark/Willow Lake Cyclones (Clark, SD) in a A Region 2 challenge, on Saturday, February 11. Flandreau will attempt to improve on its 7-10 season record. The Cyclones come into the challenge with a 12-4 record after their 65-36 non-league win over Britton-Hecla (Britton, SD).
