January 7, 2023: Flandreau, SD 57028 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Flandreau Fliers (Flandreau, SD) and the visiting Garretson Blue Dragons (Garretson, SD), saw Flandreau's basketball squad overcome Garretson by a tally of 43-31.
With the victory, Flandreau improves its record to 2-2 on the campaign. The Fliers host Madison (Madison, SD) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league challenge on Friday, January 13. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 1-4.
Next up, the Blue Dragons play the Canton C-Hawks (Canton, SD) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, January 12. Garretson will attempt to improve on its 0-5 season record.
