The Messmer Bishops tipped the host St. Francis Mariners basketball team by a final score of 81-78 in Thursday's league game.

In their next game, the Bishops face the Brookfield Academy Blue Knights (Brookfield, WI) in a Midwest Classic game, on Monday, February 13. Messmer will attempt to move on its 12-7 season record. The Blue Knights enter the game with a 14-5 record after their 93-71 league win over University School of Milwaukee (Milwaukee, WI).

With the defeat, St. Francis moves to 6-13 on the year. The Mariners travel to Kenosha Christian Life (Kenosha, WI) to face the Eagles in a Midwest Classic game on Tuesday, February 14.
