North Carolina High School Basketball - Kings Mountain routs Forestview

In Friday's league outing, the Kings Mountain Mountaineers (Kings Mountain, NC) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Forestview Jaguars (Gastonia, NC), by a count of 104-70.

The Mountaineers (17-5) will now prepare for their outing against South Point (Belmont, NC). The Red Raiders go into the 3A Big South outing with a 11-10 record. In their last outing, South Point was crushed by Crest (Shelby, NC), 77-65, in a league outing.

The Jaguars now hold a 7-15 record. They play next when they host Huss for a 3A Big South outing on Tuesday, February 13. Forestview will clash with a Huskies squad coming off a 80-54 league win over Stuart W. Cramer (Belmont, NC). The Huskies record now stands at 10-11.
