The Sage Ridge Scorpions basketball team scored 60 points and held the visiting Whittell Warriors to 25 in the Scorpions league triumph on Friday.

The Scorpions now sport a 6-17 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mineral County for a 1A West contest on Saturday, February 10. Sage Ridge will battle a Serpents team coming off a 73-53 league win over Coleville (Coleville, CA). The Serpents record now stands at 15-11.
